New Shock ???s

I'm looking at getting new shocks as mine are too short now that I've got a suspension lift in the mail en route to me. I was thinking Bilstein 5150s or 7100s which I know are overkill but I'm thinking for the future as next summer I'm going to be going long travel so I was thinking that I may be able to use these shocks with that kit...my question is what other shocks would you guys recomend looking at and does anyone know if 12" travel shocks would be too long with just 1.5" in front and 3" in the rear of lift.
Thanks

Around 10.5" travel is about the longest you can fit in the stock mounts with around 3" of lift and still not bottom out:

If you tip the shocks inwards, you can fit whatever you want in there:
