main advantage to the birf eliminator kit is theres no more greasy birfields. The new 30 spline longfield stuff is probably stronger but are $$$. It basically turns your front end into a D44 w/ alloy shafts. Upgrade that kit to CTM joints and it would be hard to beat though. Its all about what you want, some people like to keep everything toyota.

By the time you get the eliminator kit and the CTM joints and upgrade to all that stuff, you've spend more than if you just bought the longfields to start with...keep everything Toyota.

I got the chromo axles w/ the regular Longs as he didn't have the new ALLl chromo kit out yet, so mine was like $385 for everything compared to the new stuff at $600+, but I've heard nothing but great reviews for what I have and that you are going to have to really try to bomb one.

if there is a difference its negligible. I'd have my steering stops set as wide as possible running either set
