Need opinions: Light-bar/lights on Tundra

I'm stuck and need some opinions. Below is a picture of my truck (grey) and a picture of a lightbar I like on a black truck. Should I get the lightbar painted to match the grey, leave it black, or get it chromed? Also should I get chrome lights or black lights (the housings.), or maybe paint to match those too?

I don't want to go overboard with chrome either. hnmmmm

Stay with the black

I would just leave it black if I were you and leave the lights black as well. You don't have a lot of chrome on your truck to begin with. The black on grey would look pretty good. I don't like when people put alot of chrome on their truck, you can go overboard real quick.

I think leaving it black will make it stand out a bit better and with a set of black lights it would look very cool , just my .02s

Yea, I wish I could ditch them, but it's harder for my parents and grandparents, and other older family to get in, plus any younger kids. Whenever we go somewhere it's usually in my truck because its clean and comfy, my parents van is a mess

I think I'm leaning towards the black too. It looks good, plus it matches the truck well. I might paint the front bumper piece grey and get a replacement grille without the chrome, along with the rear bumper eventually, and after that the black would still look great. Keep the opinions coming though

I will definitely post pics once it's all said and done with. I will be using the light bar you saw in the first post with 3 Hella lights, (two Euro beams and one pencil beam.)

Thanks everyone for your opinions, can always count on Yotatech!

Got the bar and lights installed! I replaced the Hella 4000's I installed a couple days ago with Hella Compact 4000's. I thought the full size ones were too large for my application. One things for sure, the light output on these is awesome! Will probably install a center light this summer. You can see more pics and information in "my rig" thread in my signature.
