is the frame reinforcement kit weld on or bolt on? and, do ya'll ship to APO?

The frame reinforcement is weld on. Otherwise it defeats its purpose. The goal is to beef up the very thin frame section that the mounting bolts are bolted to.

I ship via Fed Ex. So, if they will ship to an APO, then yes.
