True Amber Corners for 3rd Gen?

Ok, found a pic here and I have also searched EVERYWHERE, I do not believed I missed it anywhere on this board, but if I did, feel free to laugh at me, and delete my thread. I was wondering what was up with those amber corners, who made them?, where to get them?, etc... I dont think they were JDM, Ive only ever seen the JDM clear corners. I was thinking that they were custom, and I kinda wanted them for my runner. I have a chaep set of clear corners now. Thanks,
Jason

I just use a set of LED amber bulbs in my clear corners. Love the amber sparkle effect it has at night.

I just replaced the headlight bulbs with a new set of H4 8500k Eurodezigns bulbs...they are brighter...but the one really cool thing is that they have a rainbow of colors effect. I see red on the edges of the beam..then yellow...then blue at the center. Very interesting. Plus the bulbs came with a lifetime warranty. We shall see. Bought them off of Ebay for about $18 for the set of two.

get some krylon Glass tint spray in amber/orange and paint the corners your self. I am also running clear corners with amber bulbs. but might consider the rattle can job.

hmmm, never seen krylon glass spray, but thats a good though, I am not 100% sure if I really like them, I think I may just stick to clear corners with an amber bulb anyway.

you can get polycarbonate transparent paint at a model shop. I smoked the corners on my BMW using this. Works good--Pam

cool, thanks for the info, I kind of gave up on this project, just decided to stay with clear corners, but hunt21286 started a new thread on this, he could probably use some help, I think this is the route he ended up taking, but he had a heard time geting the corner lamp assembly apart to paint it.
