suspension/lift advice

Hello all - I have a 91 Pickup with a 3 inch body lift. Putting on a 4 inch Fabtech suspension lift with rear shackles.

My questions:

Should I remove the 3 inch body lift? Leave it on? Or change to a 1 inch?

Any suggestions?

It all depends on how much tire you want to run. Are you regearing? I think a 4" lift will clear 33's. For more meat, keep the BL.

Thanks for the response.

Not planning on regearing right now. Maybe in the future.
I'll keep the BL right now and see how if looks with suspension lift.

The rebuild has been starting. i'm going in...
