Sup?

I've got a problem w/ my stick shift I think. When I'm sitting @ a light in neutral and I go to shift into 1st gear, it's pretty difficult to do so. But, once I get it into gear then it's pretty east to go back into neutral and back into first. Anyone else have this happen?

yes. especially when its cold. but once it warms up, its fine.

im considering switching to Redline MT-90, as others have said that this MT fluid works well.

i have the same problem... but also, when my clutch is pressed, i get a whining noise that goes away once i release it... im thinking its my TO bearing?

Yes, it's a throw out bearing. Sorry.

darnit, thats what i though.... how do i release it once i remove the tranny? i have been inside there before and didnt replace it as i couldnt figure out how to remove it from the forks lever.....

Thanks for that link. It's probably just what it needs, it's IS a bit sloppy too and with 146K miles, it's due.

I am running Redline synthetic in all my boxes except the engine...

This morning it was -10...still had a little trouble getting it in reverse...without giving the engine a sec to warm up.
