OK, I just received my "previously owned" SAW's - a full week later than I was originally expecting them, so...I got all excited and installed them immediately upon receipt.

One problem...I forgot to measure the distance from the top of the tire to the bottom edge of my fender flares pre-install. So now I have a situation where I don't know how much lift they are currently set at.

Can I measure the threads showing on the SAW's to arrive at the amount of lift I currently have dialed in? If so, from what point to what point do I measure? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you know of anyone else who has the same truck? Or maybe know where you can find the same one and just measure from there?
Sorry, you probably already thought of all this I just thought I'd toss it out there in case there's anyone else in the same situation.

I'm actually thinking of getting some SAWs so I'll have to remember this step!

Let me e-mail my wife. I have the same rig as yours and wrote down all of my measurements. But they are in Oklahoma with my wife. If she can find them I can tell you my stock height and my SAW lifted height. I also wrote down the amount of threads showing on the SAWs'. Cross your fingers that the wife can find them.

Somewhere on BajaTaco's site he says how much thread means how much lift I believe.......

You should look around there. think it's on his install page

you cannot measure youre lift by the number of threads.

the only way to accurately measure the change in ride height is to measure from the top of the wheel to the bottom of the fender.

my measurement is 14.5", this is 2.5" of lift.

You can "ball park" it though. If they are the older 14" 650 springs, around 3" of thread is around 2" of lift.
