Surf

I have a problem with my rear window on my 1990 Surf Ssr, it's stuck in the up position, it stopped working 2 weeks ago, I had it all the way down and when I tried to put it back up, it stopped half way. I managed to get to the mechanism and force it up slowly. I then rang a place over here in Blighty that deals with Surfs and Hilux PU's, I told them that I could hear the electric motor when I pressed the switch, but nothing was happening, they told me it was the regulator, so I paid my money and a couple of days later the regulator arrived. now I need to know what's the best way to fit it? I also will be needing a clutch soon, can I fit a normal hilux clutch or do I have to buy a special one??
Rear wiper also a problem, it comes down and swings, but doesn't touch the window and therefore doesn't wipe it...! Apart from these problems I love my truck.
