Power Window Problems...

Power Window Problems...
On the passenger window you can only roll it down but not up, but you can roll it up and down using the driver control.
On the rear passenger side window you can only roll it down from the driver contols, but you can roll it up and down from the rear passenger contols.
Any ideas to what's going on??
Also I can roll down the rear window from my seat but when I use the key it won't do anything.
Any help would be great. Thanks
