Try Performance Products in our vendors section for the bumpers. For your 2nd question, the backup lights are around the license plate on the 92-95.

I'd try and stay away from Performance Products...along with many other people on here, I've had some bad experiences with them in the past.
However, if you're looking for an ARB/TJM type bumper then 4x4connection.com is a good place to look...others will chime in with other places also. Welcome aboard!  Fink
