Here's something everyone should think about. When I got my Runner, the plate holder went something like this:
KMA-***
XXXXXXX
Los Angeles
I found out that the KMA plate holder is what CHP officers get for their families so when they are pulled over, they are less likely to get a ticket. I put in the stars cause I forgot what was there. Los Angeles is obviously the county, and the X's are the plate numbers. I have the missing info lying around somewhere and when I get off my lazy butt to find it, I'll get one made.

Uh.... Why are you trying to attract attention to your licence plate? I'd put a support message of some kind, to some organizaton, or nothing.

I am just glad that front plates are not required here in AZ!

Here in Phoenix, the PD have KOA-789 on the top and PHOENIX on the bottom of the plate frame on their personal vehicles. The KOA # is the radio call sign for that particular dept. Police officers and their families put these plates on there vehicles to identify each other and to "get out of tickets". Us fireman usually display an IAFF union sticker to show unity, but PD do not like to advertise too much to others who they are.

I guess this is getting a bit off topic...
Hmmm. When I was testing with Police Departments in Seattle, they would ask just that question during testing.
"Would you tell an officer that pulled you over that you were a cop?"
"You pull over the chief of police for speeding, do you write him a ticket?"
So much for consistency. But then again, with a license plate frame I guess you really aren't telling them anything.

Hi Jim, no I don't have one.
I have not ran a front plate in a little over a year now since putting on the ARB.
On the rear one I have a smoked acrylic cover on it.
When Chris & I setup the Cafe Shop, we found they have a page that shows you what size resolution to use for each item.
We had first tried to do a plate and they did not look good on the site.
After we learned about that page to size the graphics right, the plate looked good online.
We are also using PNG files for all of the pics.
They recommened that to me as I told them the JPGs were not looking right, and she said to try a PNG, and there is no pixelating with that file format.
The edges look smooth.
A few have ordered these, maybe they will speak up and let us know how it looks.
