Front Coil Springs-'98 on '00-will they fit??

I am driving a 2000 Tacoma. I am going to use daystar front spring spacers very soon. I ran across a set of complete struts for a '98 tacoma priced right. If the will fit my truck which is a 2000 model, I will pit the spacers on them and have them ready to install. This is a daily driver, so the less time it's down, the better. I'm not sure whether to go with blocks or shackle on the rear. I haul heavy loads in this truck. The stock leafs are not the best. Anyone found a good way to beef up the springs and get a couple inches of lift? Without spending an arm and a leg??

Yes, those fronts should work fine.

I'll let others help you out with the rear spring suggestions.

I have a 98 Taco lifted via tundra springs in the front and an addaleaf in the rear( blocks suck and on a yota with stock springs more so). The addaleaf leveled me out and works fine but it increased my axle wrap.I am getting a set of new spring packs to help with that, then link it. Blocks are cheap but crap. AAL will work no real troubles I guess but.... If I had to do it over again I would pony up a few dollars more and get a military wrapped set of springs.

P.S. you could get a longer rear shackle also but I have no real expirence with the longer ones(over 1" stock ie: 2",3")

The deaver add-a-pack is a good addition to stock springs IMO. You can get them through www.sonoransteel.com
