Response
At least you got a response. Mario called me yesterday and stated he wanted to find some time to sit down and write out a good response as to what happened. Sounds to me like you got an email from Rick, the owner.
As it stands now, Mario is supposed to call me on Friday to see how the coils are. However. I have a problem. Off-Road Solutions changed out my half shafts, and one of the boots is leaking. I ordered the outboard bootclamps from the local dealership and was told they would be here today. I just found out they are on back order. Man, I can't get a break here! Hopefully one of the local dealerships on ABQ will have the CV boot clamps.

Now i'm curious why you had to replace shafts. Did you go for the manual hubs or something? Were the boots torn? The shafts don't die unless you drive around with torn boots for a while.
I think if OffRoad Solutions put in a leaky shaft your issues are with them now. Hardly seems like a solution to me.

half shafts
They told me in order to have the manual hubs put on, the outboard part of the half shaft would have to be replaced. They stated it would be much easier to get some Taco half shafts put on, which would take the manual hubs. They also stated the Taco half shafts were stronger. I have a hard time believing that though.
