Did I Miss Anything?

Hello everyone, well I am back from Glamis and quite the interesting trip...There are a couple pictures and a video on my site, if you are interested click here

As the pictures will show, we had a little incident with the rig I was driving...lets just say 70mph, a cab over, and a fully loaded trailer does not do well when a tire exploads!!

The video is a little large, however, it is pretty cool...seeing what some of those rails and pre-runners can do!! Also, this is my first video, so please be gentle

Mike

Hi there guys, I still have the script on the page that will not allow you to right click...therefore, for those of you who would like to save the vid to your HD, you can right click this link

Sorry for the hassle

Nice pics Mike and vid Mike.
Looks like you had a great time there.

Weather looked nice too.
It's been freezing up here.

Yea, you missed the private message that I sent about some questions about a CB.

The vid looks cool. I am glad you enjoyed yourself.

That looks like it was a cool trip! I've never been out to Glamis before, my friends and I usually head out to Ocotillo Wells (not sure how far it is from Glamis, I don't think it's too far) but a couple of my friends go out there sometimes and they love it. Although they all have quads and dirt bikes, and I don't I'm just afraid to go wheeling out there and get stuck

Nice video Mike! What's the audio track you used?

I can't believe that those rails have enough power to pop wheelies at that speed... That's wild!

Thanks for sharing!

Mark

The power to weight ratio must be incredible on those sand rails. Glad you didn't wreck when you had the blowout. Was it a Firestone tire?
