Catalytic Converter Captive Nuts
I'm going to install a TRD exhaust on the 4Runner tomorrow.
I start PB Blasting stuff this afternoon and there is NO WAY
the intermediate pipe/cat bolts are coming out! They will
need to be cut. Once the heads are cut off I doubt the
remaining portion of the bolt is coming loose either. Has
anyone cut the captive nut off the cat and just run a bolt/nut
1989 951-PH-K27/6, Stage II intercooler & head, Vitesse MAF/Chipboard/SMT-6, Tial 38mm, etc, etc....369rwhp
