Brush Guards

Just wondering what the feeling is on a brush guard that covers the top portion of the bumper and the head lights. There is also one that is called a front runner that is kinda cool.

Will it shake the front of the car
How easliy do they chip and rust
is it worth the money. either of them

Nope, not worth the money. Search on this and you will get a ton of info. You are far better off getting a new bumper like an ARB or TJM.

A brush guard, even in a minor accident will and can cause major "additional" damage.

this has been coverd many time, try search.

Personally there's nothing wrong with brushguards if you like the look. you can prolly get a decent one around 400 for front&back guards.

that's one of the reason i got mine, as far as functionality, that's all it's good for. If i had to do it all over again, I would have gotten the bull bar without the full guard for the headlights. Brushguards make car washing/waxing hard.

you can serch the web and also look in the classified section in here, I've seen people let theirs go for cheap.

Well give Dave Ramsey credit for it, cause that's where I got it from.
