GMACK192's REbuild up of Old #7
#221
I deserve the grief..... I did like the Tacoma, but after smacking the deer and my dog freaking out and scratching it down both sides. I was a little disheartened. Then I had a really close call the other day on the way home from work. So I decided to get out while the getting was good.
Now the Jeep, it is what it is, heated seats, remote start, climate control..... Yes I am getting old, so creature comforts are more important, besides its a MALL CRAWLER (not that I ever go to the mall) any way....

This is one of the deciding factors.. I am pretty much done building the woods truck and wanted something to tinker on.. Nothing to crazy.

I haven't been here for a while, it was nice to catch up on a few of the build I've been following..
Haven't done anything to the Yota except put the soft doors back on and drive it a few times. NEED to get it in the woods.
As far as the Jeep goes, I put a 2.5 inch Teraflex lift on it and some 13.50X35 Nitto Terra Grapplers.. Rides beautifully.
I did discover with just a little tweaking, I could use the stock shocks off the Jeep on the Yota.. Waaaaay better ride than the shot "rough" country shocks that were on it.
