Well, it is a parody of a trademark, yes. But you laughed, you got it was a joke. You weren't confused that it came as a parody and not from the original trademark, right?
There's Lot's of sites out there about legality of trademark parody. I'll admit - it's a little bit of a gray area.
here's a quote..." Trademark parody is less likely to run into problems if it doesn't compete with the trademarked goods and services and doesn't confuse consumers -- that is, if they get the joke and don't believe the parody product comes from the same source as the trademarked goods."
