37 inch tires and 15inch rim.

alright guys. I have a 1993 pickup with 8" of total lift. it is currently sitting on 37x14.5x15 tires. 15inch rims. They are completely balled now. Im in the market for new tires but cannot find 37s for a 15inch rim. Can anyone make a suggestion or comment?

yea. thats what is on it right now. I think thats the only tire on the market in this size for a 15 inch rim. bfg apparently did a ton of cutbacks. pisses me off. I want to keep 37s on my rig but i cant find any. I think you have to have 17 inch rims now to have 37s.

What kind of tire are you looking for? A/T? M/T? Is it a trail rig? Daily driver? Little of both?

Interco, Pitbull and the Toyo's are the only ones I know of running 37's in a 15 inch wheel. The Interco Super Swampers might only be available in Bias ply tires. The market is dominated by not wheelers but mall crawlers that stick 37's on to look cool with 22 inch chrome wheels with stars on them and fake beadlocks so companies start catering to them and forget about us.

I don't know how long the pitbulls will last or how soft they are, I have only dreamed about them, not actually owned them or even known anybody that has.

you might check maxxis. they are usually expensive, but you might find a good deal.

I always hear that Pit Bull Tires were great offroad but horrible on road because they are difficult to balance and they have a soft compound.

For the price why not look into 37" military tires and use the savings from the tires to buy new rims to suit ? The military tires take forever to wear it seems..
