3.4 5vzfe vacum hose

I have almost completed my swap but sense I bought the engine out of the yard I wasnt able to see how the vacum hoses go or where the pressure sensors are hooked up etc. Is there anyone out there that could post a detailed pics of this? My other option is to go to the Toyota dealer and pretend I am going to test driving one. And by the way if anyone needs any pics of my swap let me know exhaust, wiring, etc.

I have a '98 T-100 with a 5VZ-FE. What year is your motor? I believe that they changed the setup as far as emissions and vacuum lines go at some point.

Anyway, if my year is a match to what you are working with, I wouldn't mind taking a few shots and posting them for you. I am working on a swap right now myself, so I know how you feel (well, somewhat).

The engine is out of a 99 4runner. It doesnt have CA emitions but I dont belive it matters. As far as the exhaust goes I can get a pic tomorrow. Any info will be helpful. Thanks.

I guess you have a stock 5VZFE (no supercharger)? Here are a few pics of my donor truck before I removed the engine. It has damage to the left front though where the evap can is but all the hoses were still connected.

Are you using the 3.4 evap can or the 3.0 evap can?

Chopps, sorry for the delay, it's been rough on this end for the last few days. Anyways, I was able to get a few shots of the engine in my '98 T-100 before it started raining. (I was like What Tha ... !! where'd this come from?!?! It was NOT supposed to rain here, lol. And now it's gone - torrential downpour for about five minutes and then nothing. That's Houston for ya.)

Ok, so please excuse the dirty engine, and if you need closeups or shots from a different angle, post up specifics of what you need and I will attempt to get the shots.

Cheers!
