1990 runner and question...
so im planning to do this swap...but..i mud a lot...which also means i go under water a lot..i need the snorkel....how will that work with the 3.4 swap?...
will the other snorkel fit?..whats the deal here? |

Any snorkel kit for the 3.4 should work, although you may need to do a little custom fitting since the fenders are not the same as the previous generations.
In my swap I fitted the intake duct from the 3.4 and there is more than enough room: http://www.yotatech.com/f160/my-truc...16/index5.html I don't know if snorkel kits for the 3.4 replace the duct or hook up to it, but either way shouldn't be any problem.

The 3.4 has it's intake on the passenger's side, the 3.0 has its on the driver's side. You'd need a snorkel that fits through your passenger side front fender, since the 2nd gen snorkel kits go down the driver's side.
