stainless steel strength ???
Are stainless steel bolts strong enough to hold my Turbo to the exhaust manifold ? I know they're no grade 8. this is a difficult size bolt, that is why I'm considering it.

why would you even need grade 8 bolts? its just a turbo, what makes you think that you even need grade 8?
Edit: you'd probably want the bolt to be the same material as what you're bolting to so it expands and contracts the same rate.

Yes, stainless would be strong enough, but the problem will be that there's no antiseize that will survive at that temp, resulting in galvanic corrosion making the bolt unremovable.
Fastenal will have or can order whatever size you need.
