ANYBODY EVER USED Exterior Latex TO PAINT THERE TRUCK?
Has anyone ever used this paint or anything like it to paint there truck?
Valspar?
1-Gallon Ultra Premium Exterior Latex Flat House & Trim Paint Base 1
I has told at lowes that they could mix me some olive drab and I could spray it in one step and it would last awhile?

Latex paint has lasted on my house for 8 years, it stands up pretty good to weather. The only drawback I can see on a truck is it never gets hard, like enamel or urethane, so it would scratch easily. But it's cheap and easy to touch up.

house paint on a 4xx4
it does a good job i used it on an old 57 jeep pickup i once owned..
i don't remember the brand of the paint but i can tell you this much it was not the cheap stuff.. use a roller DO NOT USE A BRUSH !! a brush will make the paint look like crap.. the colors that i used were pine needle green also a lighter green ,dirt brown and a black spray can of paint.. those are not the names of the colors on the cans but what they looked like on my truck.. the paint needs to be painted onto a good automotive primer so it will stick.. the paint looked good after 4 years with the occasional touch up after 4 wheeling in the woods it will scratch easily but then it only takes about 5 mins to having it looking again .. i am buying 78 ford 4x4 when i get it on the road i plan on doing the latex house paint job on it also.. i will try to put up picks of the truck as i am working on it for every one here..
