Welcome to Yotatech!
Use the search feature!! Why nine (9) inches? Like JUST in suspension? What size tires? What motor, what about gears, "bigger trucks?" like a T100 or a F-350? Mudbogs, trail climbs, rock crawls, sand drags?
HUH?!?
Enjoy your project.

wow. 9inches huh. if its just a pavemetn pounder/street queen/pavement princess go for it. but offroad id say thats way to high. have you thought about how your gonna turn the bigger tires? i say bj spacers, AALs, and a 7inch body lift

Personally, I'd tape a lawn chair to the roof and extend the steering wheel shaft up a bit and you're up more than 9 inches.
In all seriousness, I'd probably cut 9 inch sections of something sturdy like 2x4 and place them between the body mount and the frame then reconnect the body with foot long sections of threaded rod.
If you want a suspension lift cheaply, then best put a brick between the spring and the axle like this- its virtually free.
Scaffold lifts are pretty cool too
In case you haven't picked up on it, I think lifting your truck the better part of a foot is like taking your sister to the prom.

hahahahhahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaa man you fellers are to funny.
but ok lets give this guy a break atleast he did post it in the noob section. back to the PO.. why 9inches? if you want to keep IFS go 4inch bracket lift, 3inch body, and bjspacers and AALs/longers shackles. search for a guy on here overdrivee or overrdrive of somethin like that IIRC he has this setup

Actually, in the Florida panhandle and the Texas mudflats the configuration of that particular vehicle allows for easy navigation thru those areas because of the hard bottom.
