Double Cardan Question?
HOW CAN I TELL IF THE FRONT DRIVSHAFT CV JOINT IS GOOD OR NOT. ALSO, IS IT OKAT IF I AM ABLE TO SPIN THE FRONT TRANSFER CASE FLANGE BY HAND WHEN THE TRUCK IS IN 2 WHEEL DRIVE OR IS THAT A BAD SIGN (I.E. T-CASE BROKEN?) BY THE WAY 95 4RUNNER SAS 3.0 V6

First thing, hit your CAPS LOCK key!!!
2WD is rear wheel drive, so the front drive section (t-case output, front driveshaft, front diff and axles) should all spin freely in 2WD, that is normal. To find a bad joint, grab the shaft and give it a tug side-side or up-down. Should feel no play. For a better test, unbolt the shaft and move the joint through it's range of motion by hand. Feel for any grittiness or tightness, could be a sign of a bearing going out.
