Diagnostic code 32-air flow meter signal???
Hey guys,
Pulled the two codes from my truck after work and got the following. 22 and 32.
22 is the ect sensor and its only $20 so I will be replacing that tomorrow. I am just not sure what to do for code 32 -air flow meter signal. Do you think it's a connection issue, wire issue or afm needs clean and can you clean those.
The issues I'm having now with my truck are hard cold starts and erratic surging idle and sputtering when warm. Truck sometimes won't stay idling after warm if I don't stay on the gas. I'm thinking the ect sensor may cure the cold start problem but not sure on the other problem.

ECT install went ok, pretty tight space to work back there but got it in! Took care of my cold start issue but still having the rough idle/rich fuel problem when hot. But since I pulled the EFI fuse to reset the CEL I have had no more code 32.
However this morning on my way to work the CEL went on and I checked it when i got in. It is a code 71, EGR system. Now what to do there?? Need to research this now! Think this could be my issue when engine gets hot and runs rough and rich?
