DEATH RATTLE in my Landcruiser axle 4runner
I have a 1991 4runner with a 91-97 land cruiser axle, at least that is what I was told. Also 4-link front and rear suspension, skyjacker hydro7000 lift kit.
MY PROBLEM: when I drive over a bump sometimes on the road my truck will get a rattle that is so intense I have to come to a stop almost to get rid of it.
FACTS: I had a wheel bearing done and the shop said my front passenger drive shaft is smaller then it should be and isn't making contact with the differential. I'm thinking that the shaft jumps up a bit on bumps and is maybe mashing the differential. I know what shaft I need but I can't find a schematic to take the hub and or brake assembly off.
PLEASE HELP ME, I JUST BOUGHT THE TRUCK

Ok I almost have everything off, but now the passenger drive shaft in the axle is smaller on the outer side and spins freely in my hub, if both sides were the size of the bigger side it would work. Anyone know what my problem is ?

Ok these pics are the front right drive shafts from what I was told is a 91-97 land cruiser axle.. the problem is the straight piece is smaller on one side. I went to toyota and thats what a 91-97 landcruiser axle looks like. Now the smaller side is suppost to fit into that ball shaft(I have no idea what that is really called) It doesn't fit, it spins. The funny part is the big side of the straight shaft fits into both the diff and the ball shaft ? I don't understand ?

the side that looks chewed is a 27 spline and the bigger side is 30..My outer is a 30 spline made by longfield, I determined that the inner needs to be the same length and needs a 30 spline on each end... Some one told me that I have a 79-85 Toy P/U front axle? (based on the length of my inner)

On top of needing to know what year and model toy front axle I have, I need a new wheel bearing Hub. When I bought the truck the guy broke a couple of bolts and then to fix it he filled them with welds. Here is a picture of the good wheel bearing hub, does anyone know what year and model it comes from ?
