budget high steer questions

The only thing keeping me back as of now from dowing the solid axle swap on my 93 pickup is the price of the high steer kit. Has any one been able to convert there toyotas to high steering on a budget? What parts were used?

Steering isn't something I would want to skimp on (along with brakes), but I suppose if you got some cheapo fj80 tie rod ends, and had access to the right diameter tubing and a tap for the tube for the tie rod ends, you would then just have to buy hi steer arms, which you may be able to find used.
