86' 4Runner Possible Tire Clearance Issue?

Hey guys, new to the forum so I hope I'm posting in the right place here, I have a 86' 4Runner, AllPro SAS, and 36" Iroks. The 36's have treated me good but I'm wanting to step it up to 39.5" Iroks. Buddy of mine selling a nice set for a 17" wheel (perfect reason to get beadlocks), But I think I'm going to have a clearance issue at the firewall/inner fender well down by the lower fender mount. Anyone have a idea what to do to make sure I dont rubb with the 39.5" without taking a seldge hammer to it. I thought about cutting and welding a curved piece of metal like I found on marlin's web site when I started to research this but I have fuse pannels in both passenger and driver kick pannels. I'll post a link with pics off of marlins site with a guy having the issue I think I'm going to have because I can't up load on here yet for some reason. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
