Thanks, I really appreciate it!
Thanks man, that's exactly what I was shooting for!
Well there is the lift and the 285/45 Nitto Terra Grapplers, but other than that, no offroad. I could do some offroading if I wanted to, the tires are pretty damn meaty, but I believe it'll stay a mall crawler.. for now!

Those low pro Nittos aren't really for off roading since the sidewalls have been known to blow out since there isn't enough of a sidewall to allow some deflection when hitting rocks.
Plus I don't think you'd emotionally handle the dings your truck would receive off road.

I love the 4Runner man! Blacked out has always been my favorite look. I'm gonna do the same on my 2nd gen as soon as the 1uz swap is finished. Good work

are those just the trd tube steps painted black? If so, excellent job on that. What kind of prep work and paint did you use? I'm very interested in painting mine black, but didn't really know where to start. Also, the blacked out emblems look kick butt. My wife has on 08 sr5 runner but won't let me TOUCH it. Too bad

Thanks man!
Yeah there's no way I'd ever offroad.. haha. I just didn't want wimpy ass Falken tires this time, I wanted a more... badass look.
Thanks man, yeah I really love the blacked out look too, before I was all about chrome, but not anymore...
The tube steps came like that, but I might have them painted black, they are kinda gray looking.
