worn stop or CV or uni joints?
Sorry I know this has probably been asked about 7 million tines, but I couldent find an answer by searching. Anyways.
When I crank my wheel (expecially to the left) not even all the way like maybe 3/4 I get that loud cracking sound. And if I am turning sharp on uneaven ground it does it really bad.
I know the stops make that sound, but I am just worried it may be something else.
And if the stops were not worn would it still make a sound?

It's most likely that it is the stops. They come from the factory with little plastic caps on them that last about a month and then break (so it isn't that the stops are worn, its just that the caps are gone). Throw some grease on all 4 stops and you should be good to go for a few thousand miles. I throw grease on mine at every oil change.
