I broke my sway bar this weekend.

I have a welder and some steel tube that I can use to put it back together.
But is it worth my time to weld it or should I just get a new one???

any recommendations for an aftermarket sway bar?

Addco sway bar will do. It really depends on where you broke it and how it broke in order for it to be fixed.

I wouldnt bother personally.

i wold toss it in the trash and not run one, i did and it flexes much better

The 4Runner isn't a rock crawler.
I load the ▓▓▓▓ out of it and run it down the high way, and do dirt roads at high speeds.

If I want flex, I have my FJ40 Land Cruiser.

I have an OEM one in NJ - free...

IMHO - I wouldnt weld it - its a "spring" - its designed to flex - it wil break again at the weld becuse of the stress risers that the weld induce..

The type of steel used in the bar is unlikely to weld without developing cracks.

yea i do pre running in mine and i think it handles better with it off ( i have OME torsions though)
