Tundra Brakes On Pickups

Will the Tundra calipers bolt up to the 89-95 pickups' spindles? I have s12W calipers on mine now and was wondering if these will fit. I have OEM 15" alloys. If they fit will there be wheel interference? Any way to get the rotor (mine are 5" b.c. and Tundras are 5.5") to bolt onto my stock IFS hubs?
Thanx,
Bud
