Trouble putting my 3.0 back together

So I have rebuilt my 3.0 but when I went to start it back up I noticed that I have a plug that I can't find where it goes. Hopefully someone here can help me! I attached the picture to this thread.

It plugs into another harness, and the thing circled.

The connector attaches near the coil and ignitor on the left fender, possibly under the air hose making it hard to see. The wire also bolts to the fender in the same area as a ground wire. The other end of the ground wire bolts to the left cylinder head on a boss above the #4 spark plug. In my photo the blue circle is where the cylinder head ground is and the red circles show the connector and ground on the fender.
