tail light guards

does any one make tail light guards for a second generation 4runner. I've tried searching here and on google and come up with nothing.

I have some. The shop that I bought them from has since closed, but I'll try to see if I can get a brand...

I have seen them on some sites but nothing for 1st gens.

I think GTO or what ever makes some plastic covers. Nothing spectacular but its something.

i was looking more for the metal ones that wrap around i found some for a 3rd generation but nothing for the earlier years

Most of those can cause more damage than they prevent ... they don't attach very sturdily, and can get caught/ripped off on stuff.

Mine work pretty well LOL:

I like yours,
but X2 on what he said...They ended up causing more damage than they prevented on my Tacoma when I snagged a branch on one with out realizing it and backed up--popped out the tail light and ripped the fender flare off..

well that settles it for that money and the fact of how bad they are im not gettin them. thanks for all the imput guys tc i love your rig but im still trying to talk my parents into letttin me get bumpers your desize sure woudlnt fly lol but its nice

Note that the rear exo is a lot cheaper than the glass it protects (which if you can't find one in a junkyard are $427.19 dealer only item)
