i believe the stock ones arn't adjustable and you have to purchase aftermarket torsion bars that are to get any more lift.
just adding add a leafs, shouldn't set you too high anyways |

whether or not you adjust the torsion bars after installing the AALs is a personal preference and depends on how much, if any, the rear is lifted by the AALs. you would have to install them and see how the truck sits after and then decide if you like the way the truck looks. but don't adjust the bars for more lift too much or else the truck will ride like crap.
@stockyotadriver- all IFS toyotas have adjustable torsion bars.
