Painting

My truck i started the long sanding process today. i origonaly bought kuboata orange paint but couldnt talk my self into painting it that bright so i got black it should look good i hope any good tips?

better prep=better finished product...

you doing rattle can or HVLP?

just take your time, PREP is key, including proper taping

it can never be to brite!!! I was going for a very offensive(to the eyes) color scheme with my new paintjob.

I did the all black thing last year but needed change it was to boring but it def looks badass!!!!


but yea prep is everything!!!! take your time with taping too it sucks but a good tape job can make a world of difference. one tip i do have is when taping the windshield make sure you tape down any loose paper that sticks up that could create a path for the paint to go to your windshield.

Ok thanks for all the tips i got from the cab forward sanded and primered theres no turning back now. im not rattle cannin it my neighbor has got a paint gun... and im having seconde thoughts about the black to lol i might stick to my original idear and do the cat yellow with a off set black racing stripe ( to show all the cat colors) so i guess we will see how she turns out....
