New pro-comp shocks installed and clearance issue

Put innew procomp es 9000s today and in the front the shock body touches the bumpstop on the UCA. This cant be good or right. anyone else had this issue?

i had the same ones a long time ago no problems. thats weird. do you have a lift on it?

t bars cranked a bit thats all. BJ spacers go on tomorrow

i bet it happend with the tbar crank. I would chop the bracket off and fab up a new one for it if you can i dont think you could do much to fix it unless you did that

Mount 'em the other way around if they can be. Check the specs to make sure.

they said this end down so I mounted them that way

Mine did that with the 9000's too. I just ground the bumpstop bracket a little bit and it was fine.

You can't flip the shock because the top mount is a threaded rod and not an eye like the bottom.

When you install your BJ spacers you will have the grinder out anyway.
