Well, I'm no expert, so I can only tell you what I would do.....which I've done. I'd pull the shocks, drive around a bit, and see what difference that makes. I mean you already have the springs, so there's not a lot you do about that. They're stock length...so that's not the problem. The shackles/hangers are at the stock location...so that's not the problem. Even if you moved the shackle point....closer would make it worse....further back would make it worse. You have brand new, somewhat HD leafs. So, try the shock route.....or different springs. But, I doubt you'd want to do that.

Incidentally, someone suggested maybe the shackles were overtightened. Have you come to any conclusion on that?

Old Man Emu builds suspension systems (pairing of springs AND shocks), unfortunately this looks suspiciously like a marketing ploy, so a lot of people just buy the springs and stay with their aftermarket shocks and wonder why their ride turned to crap.

Well its not a marketing ploy. You pretty much need to pair the shocks and springs to get a good ride. Old Man Emu designs springs that are VERY stiff so that they don't bottom out over big bumps, as a result, they sell really softly valved shocks that balance out the springs just fine.

OME springs + stiff aftermarket springs = spine shattering harshness

Stock Toyota springs + OME shocks = would feel uncontrolled and bouncy

OME springs + OME shocks = makes the wallet lighter but, ride over gravel feels like going over pavement

Well, I did the ball joint spacers and new OME shocks all around and my ride is much improved. Very tolerable now.
