looking for bumper ideas hit a deer
ok i have been looking about at bumpers as I hit a deer bent the front one and my rear is not so great
if anyone wants to show me custom ones that would be great
if anyone has plans for one they would share great to. I have access to laser cutters and brake presses but not so much stuff for tube
or any of the key dimentions required for building
kinda not looking to recreate the wheel and can't aford to buy new
thanks in advance

My truck came with a tube bumper on it, I'm guessing it's a Smittybuilt or similar. I removed the finger decapitator (wannabe push bar), narrowed the whole bumper, shortened the bottom tube at the tire, and redid the brackets to bring the bumper closer to the truck. I get questions and compliments on it often. I used the parking light bulb and socket for the turn signal and added resistor's so they would blink properly. I also installed 2 LED's with resistors into each lamp housing for parking lights. A friend of mine recently drove his Bobcat into it and put that dent in the bumper on the right front corner.

just made this yesterday, and it's not quite finished but you get the idea. it's made from 4"x6" rectangle with 1/4" wall. i don't exactly WANT to hit a deer, but i dont think my truck would mind it as much now

Another 2x4 bumper. Temporary solution. High and tight-clean lines. Didn't want to call a lot of attention to it. Works with those stock bumper brackets. Bumper is stronger than stock but merely a turn signal holder/inspection requirement.
