haha, nevermind, should have read their web site first;
Q: I received the radiator and it looks like the wrong one – it has two extra ports” or holes in it that I don’t need – what do I do?
A: You received the correct radiator. These extra holes are for either the automatic transmission oil cooler or the engine oil cooler, and are there for your use only if you need them. It will not affect cooling performance, and you can simply ignore it. You don’t have to cap it off or anything – it acts as an independent unit and if nothing goes in, nothing will come out."

Those are for the automatic transmission lines, if you have an automatic. The auto tranny relies on ATF circulation through the radiator to help keep temps down.
Edit: Oh.....nevermind then!
