Have I missed anything to swap 22R engine from 1985 2x4 in to my 1987 22R 4x4?

Today I went to the parts house to see what it was going to cost me to swap engines putting my 1985 22R out of my 2x4 PU in to my 1987 4x4 PU which has the 22R engine also. Both trucks have manual 5 speed G-52 transmissions. Please someone correct me if I am wrong about the changes I see that I need after I pull engines.

I.) Swap oil pans install new gasket
2.) Replace exhaust doughnut between manifold and exhaust system.
3.) Replace gasket at back end of EGR system manifold.
4.) Possibly replace front oil seal on old transmission
5.) Possibly replace fluids in tranny and differentials.
6.) I need to replace the Power steering feed hose from reservoir to pump.

Have I missed anything? My 85 engine is excellent shape and only needs oil pan swapped to clear front drive assembly.

I look forward to your response, If I am right about this , m engine swap should cost like $50 including fluids.

Looks like I forgot the oil pick up. Since I am switching oil pans it would seem to make sense that I would have to swap the oil pick up.

You will need to oil pick up tube that is inside the pan which it looks like you mentioned along with the oil pan but I am sure that is the biggest part. Looks like you got everything covered that I can think of right off. I am not sure if the dipsticks are different or not.

Thanks, I didn't think about the dip stick. Looks like the switch over will cost me about $25 - $50. So I will be doing it real soon, likely the Monday after Thanksgivings Day. It is financial prudent! YEA!!! I can't wait to be driving my Toyota again and not the Ford!
