You might want to use the SEARCH BUTTON and read about D.O.A. and peoples experances with them before you drop that kind of time and money on them cams. Just a thought I have heard and read more then a few HORROR STORIES about them.

I would go with the weasy2k cams over DOA stuff. I have heard nothing but problems from 3vze Doa parts.. 22re stuff...well I hear they are OKAY..

If you can get ahold of Johnny..go with his cams.

Try pm'ing him if you're interested, seems he has been super busy since he started working in his shop full time.

a wheeling bud of mine had a $1200 mistake on some 3.0 heads and cam from DOA...specially 'machined' bolts looked like all thread cut with a hack saw and were different lengths. The Valves were shot after 3-4K miles due due to the cam slamming them into the seats...

another alternative is LC Engineering

I remember seeing pictures of his high quality head studs... I wouldnt put those things in a shopping cart.. His belt sanded heads topped it though...

But after some research, some guys seem to have really good luck with his 22re parts..

IF they are a good set of cams, there won't be any issues. I had searched a little on here under "weasy2k cams" and found alot of info that johnny had posted. The cams are just as strong as factory, they are cut better then others or something like that. I don't know the termonology (or the spelling).
