94 pickup electircal(starting issues)

I have a 94 toyota pickup. It has no power to the turn signals, wipers, starter, or guages. When I got it I was told it needed a ign. switch, I did the tests on it and it was not holding continuity(checked the toyota factory manual to test it). I bought a new switch and installed it and still not working. I've checked all my fuses, did a few tests on my ecu(that couldnt be it becuase the truck runs perfect when its bump started). So what wires would this be that I should check for my problem. I thought it was the switch but I checked this new one and it checks out fine I even had a shop run a test to see to. I'm thinking its a ground but what one would cause all of this, and still let the truck run great(22re so its efi). Please help I wanna get my truck going I hate bump starting it, not knowing how fast I'm driving, no turn signals, or radio kinda sucks and no wipers on the coast is bad.

Im getting power to ign1 and ign2 on the starter switch. Nothing to acc. I'm trying to figure out what is my ground on the ign switch but the tfsm(toyota factory service manual) is not super discritive on this. Any input on the grounding? Or fuseable links?
Thank you so much for your help.

Wil

So I'm getting power in the fuse block to am2 but not to am1. Were would be the fusable link for this? I'm checking power with the ign switch in the "on" position and by pulling the "big" fuse's and testing power between the terminals. Thanks for any help.

So I checked all the ones I know of, the 30amp the 40 amp and the 80 amp in the fuse box. And I also checked the wire going from the battery to the fuse box. What other ones are there? My truck is not getting any power to anything other then the head and tail lights and hazards. I have to push start it and it runs great but still only power to headlights and tail lights and hazards. I'm lost...

Check for corrosion or loose plugs on the back side of the fuse block in the driver side kick panel. Also check the grounds in the vicinity of the same fuse block.

I've checked all my grounds, Hell I pulled the bed today and checked the grounds under that. There is no corrosion or loose plugs on the fuse box. the ecu is hooked up to.

Try this one
http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1990-1995...5/contents.htm

Should be mostly the same electrically and is much more in depth than the 93 pickup FSM.

Nothin as of today. Just voltage checks and all that bs. I posted asking if any one knows of a good toyota mechanic in my area on c/l and with in a hour I had a email from a guy. He works at a toyota dealer and I told him my issue and he said its the plug going in to the firewall on the pass side. I will redo all the wires and go from there. Cross fingers guys. I wanna get started on lifting and doing a sas and droping in a tcase and stuff but its gotta be running to carry axles home...
