90 DLX Pickup manual trans oil capacity
My 1990 22re 5spd has a little bit of notchy shifiting going into first and second so I'm thinking of getting redline mt 90. What is the fill capacity? On their site you can get 4 quarts for 11.49 is this enough?

Owners Manual has that information. I got the following information out of my '85 O/M:

And yes, 4 qts. should give you a fill with some left over in case you need to top off at some time.
