Thump

Well, driving home after work it just dies all at once. It would try to start, so it's firing fine. I can listen for the fuel pump and it's not working. Where's a good place to start? Fuel pumps and relays can be expensive so I'd really rather not start buying everything. There's nothing on the engine bay fuse box cover stating anything, it's all worn off. The drivers kick panel has the label but the only thing fuse wise is the ECM(15 amp), and it's good. There's a relay somewhere behind the pass side dash speaker? Do I have to pull that speaker?

Circuit Opening Relay
The relay behind right-front speaker / glove box is the circuit-opening relay. Correct- do not just guess and start replacing things. Before you dig for the C.O.R., I suggest you do some checking.

The first place to start is to see if your getting power to the fuel pump. Is the fuel pump original with a lot of miles on it ?, if so then it probably just wore out

There is more than just the 15 amp ECM fuse in the driver side kick panel fuse box, there are Ignition fuses, and others in there. pull all of the fuses out one by one and check them. I had a problem with my 86 4Runner going dead sometimes, so I checked all of my fuses in the driver side kick panel and found a couple corroded fuses. I cleaned the contacts as best as I could and replaced the fuses and havn`t had any problems sense.

Can anyone snap a pic of the under good fuse box? I need to relabel what mine are for future reference. I'd take a shot in the dark and say yes, it's the stock original fuel pump. Dash shows 112,000 miles, but no telling how long the things been twin cased, but it also may have been a crawler since then getting almost no miles on it. That's also saying it's 112,000 for sure.
