1986... time for a lift
i got an 86 4runner and i think its time to lift my truck.... i was wondering what advice you guys and girls? have............. remember i don't want a huge lift only like 2 - 4 inches anything cheap any alternatives whats the deal with body lifts thanks

Basically, what most people do is a combination of these: Ball joint spacer or crank the torsion bars for the front, and blocks, add-a-leaf, longer shackles, or a bigger leaf pack for the rear. It's up to you. Just search on those items.

All I know is 63" is the length of the spring and you can yank them off almost any GMC/Chevy pickup from somewhere in the 80's to pretty recent and slap them under a toy with minor mods (moving spring mounts forward) and get nice results search Pirate4x4 they have a huge thread dedicated just to chevy swaps
