Truck is shuddering at 30km/h?????
Ok well I just got my truck rolling after a slight amount of work.
New frame, brakes, diffs, gears, new one piece drive shaft, 4" spring lift/shocks(pro-comp) and new 5.5" heavy shackles.
Now the problem I have is when the truck hits approx 30km/h(20 miles) it starts to shudder, but evens out and runs smooth once I get above 33ish. I am not sure if the rear shaft was balanced when I had it cut down an so am wondering if that?
Or if my rear diff/driveshaft axle angle is too straight. With the shims that came with the kit the drive shaft/diff angle is pretty close to straight... could this be it?
Or if anybody has any other brilliant ideas please let me know, I wanna take this puppy wheeling next week.

Did you mess with the tranny at all? Maybe its only a particular gear doing the shuddering? You say between 20mph and 33mph so maybe its 3rd gear being weird?

I pulled the engine/tranny and dropped it straight in to the new frame. It starts at about 20 miles and hour and smooths out the faster I go. I'm just worried its gonna cause me to blow a diff??
Any advice is much appreciated I am suppose to go for a back country trip and don't wanna take the truck if its acting up like this.
I am gonna pull the rear drive shaft and see if it goes away tomorrow. If thats the cause, I'll have at least located the problem.
