Help with 22re

Hey Guys
I was driving home the other day and my truck just shut down on me so I pulled to the shoulder. I tryed to restart it but she will only crank she will not fire over. Had truck towed home. I found that the EFI fuse was blown under the hood, replaced the EFI relay to. With the key turned on i can 't hear the fuel pump running so I got a new pump put it in still can't hear pump running still turns over but no fire.

Any help

The fuel pump should only run when the switch in the AFM is on as when air is flowing through the meter. With the ignition on too.
